Nurturing and Supporting the Growth of Toddlers

At Discovery Point ELC we believe in a safe and nurturing child centered toddler program. Our staff are an extension of each child’s family collaborating together to support and develop in home and school relationships. ELC Kidz will be given an individualized curriculum with opportunities to actively participate with materials, manipulatives, and their environment in order to develop the “whole child” focusing on social, emotional, cognitive and physical development. Each day the child will be loved, nurtured, and given opportunities to grow in a developmentally appropriate way.

What parents have to say

”Since moving to Bishop in mid 2024, Discovery Point has been one of our family’s highlights! With our youngest at the ELC and our oldest at their preschool, we couldn’t be happier with the staff, facilities, curriculum, and our children’s growth. The ELC staf is amazing and Ms. Megan’s encouragement has made our youngest enjoy being at daycare. The curriculum at the preschool is very interactive and effective, our daughter enjoys learning new things and sharing them with the family when she gets home. I highly recommend DPK to any parent who is looking for childcare or preschool in the Eastern Sierra.
